The following Terms and Conditions set out the way that our business, xxx, whose registered address is xxx will undertake work on your behalf. We want our clients to be happy with our work and the service we provide, these Terms and Conditions therefore identify our general Terms of Business.

Purchases

1. Here at xxx we require payment before cutting to order. This is because if a customer is unsure and cancels halfway through us cutting their timber, the timber is then wasted and we lose money as we can no longer sell it.

2. We have a no returns policy on our live edge timber. Once the timber has been purchased and taken away from our site it cannot be refunded. This is due to the fact that we can not be held responsible for how others treat their timber once it has left our premises.

Using our site

1. You must use our Site and the information available from our Site responsibly. No such information may be used for or in connection with any unlawful, immoral or anti-social purpose, or in a manner which is or maybe damaging to our name or reputation.

2. You cannot use our Site:
